Pumpkin Spice Popcorn

10 cups Snappy popcorn (microwaved or air popped) 2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. kosher salt 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. sea salt

Pumpkin Spice Popcorn Directions

  1. Pop Snappy popcorn and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and sea salt.
  3. Mix together using a fork or another utensil.
  4. Sprinkle "pumpkin spice” mix over a bowl of Snappy popcorn, toss/shake to combine.



Cinnamon Roll Popcorn

1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. kosher salt 2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup marshmallows 12 cups popped Snappy Popcorn

Cinnamon Roll Popcorn Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250ºF. Line or spray a large, rimmed cookie sheet.
  2. Pop Snappy Popcorn and set aside.
  3. Over medium heat, melt butter in large pot. Then add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
  4. Continue heating and stirring this mixture until it comes to a boil.
  5. Once it’s boiling, stop stirring. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Take pot off heat. Stir in cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla and marshmallows until melted together and evenly mixed.
  7. Place popcorn on cookie sheet, and coat with cinnamon mixture.
  8. Bake in oven for 15 minutes
  9. Take out and stir, and return to oven for another 15 minutes. Stir, then bake for 5 more minutes.
  10. Stir popcorn again, then let cool on baking sheet.
  11. Serve and enjoy!



Pizza Popcorn

12 cups air-popped Snappy Popcorn 1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. paprika 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. Basil Splash of hot sauce
1 1/2 cups grated, fresh Parmesan

Pizza Popcorn Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and pop Snappy kernels.
  2. In a small saucepan or skillet, melt butter over medium heat. After it has melted, stir in paprika, garlic powder, salt, oregano, basil and a dash of hot sauce. Mix until combined.
  3. Pour butter mixture over the popped popcorn, tossing to make sure it’s evenly coated. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss well.
  4. Dump this popcorn mixture into a roasting pan and roast at 350 degrees for 10–15 minutes. Carefully remove and stir the popcorn around the 8-minute mark.
  5. If desired, garnish popcorn with paprika and fresh parsley for added flavor and presentation. Serve immediately, or let cool and package for later.



S'mores Popcorn Balls

1 bag Snappy Natural Microwave Popcorn 1/4 cup butter
10 oz. bag mini marshmallows 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups Golden Grahams cereal 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

S'more Popcorn Balls Instructions

  1. Pop Snappy popcorn in microwave and place aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Keep on heat while butter begins to turn golden brown.
  3. Add mini marshmallows, stirring until they have melted.
  4. Take pan off of heat, and stir vanilla into mixture.
  5. Add Snappy popcorn and Golden Grahams to the pan, stirring it until the popcorn is evenly coated.
  6. After mixture cools, lightly spray your hands with nonstick cooking spray. Then, scoop out around 1 cup of the s'mores mixture and shape it into a ball.
  7. After ball is formed, sprinkle on mini chocolate chips, then lightly press them into the popcorn ball.
  8. Place ball on a sheet of waxed paper or parchment paper to cool. Repeat with the rest of the popcorn mixture.
  9. Serve and enjoy!


Peanut Butter Butterscotch Popcorn Balls

12 cups popped Snappy Popcorn (can be microwave or kettle/air popped) 1 and 1/4 cups butterscotch chips
5 tablespoons salted butter 1/3 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 6 cups large marshmallows

Peanut Butter Butterscotch Popcorn Balls Instructions

  1. In a large microwaveable bowl, combine butterscotch chips, butter, and peanut butter.
  2. Microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until mixture is smooth.
  3. Stir the marshmallows into the bowl. Microwave again, then mix until smooth. It will have a thick consistency.
  4. Quickly add the popped Snappy popcorn to the bowl while the mixture is still warm. If this does not fit, Place the popcorn in a large bowl or sheet pan and pour the peanut butter butterscotch mixture over it.
  5. Form the popcorn into balls the size you want, and place on wax paper.
  6. Let popcorn balls cool and serve.


Puppy Chow Popcorn

8 cups popped Snappy Popcorn (can be microwave or kettle/air popped) 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Puppy Chow Popcorn Directions

  1. After the Snappy is popped, pour it into a bowl, removing any unpopped kernels.
  2. Dump the powdered sugar into a resealable gallon-sized plastic bag.
  3. In a medium-sized microwaveable bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter, melting them in the microwave for 30-second intervals and stirring after each interval. Stop when the chocolate and peanut butter combination is completely smooth, after about 90 seconds. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour melted chocolate mixture over the popcorn and mix with a large rubber spatula until each popcorn kernel is completely coated.
  5. Spoon the popcorn into the resealable bag â€" it may be a tight squeeze, but it will all fit. Zip the bag closed and shake until the powdered sugar is evenly applied to all of the popcorn.
  6. Once the popcorn is coated, pour into a large bowl and serve.


St. Patrick's Day Popcorn

A simple, bright-green concoction that’s almost as fun to look at as it is to eat.
10 cups of Snappy popcorn Snappy Popcorn 3 tablespoons salted butter
3 cups mini marshmallows Blue and yellow food coloring

St. Patrick's Day Popcorn Directions

  1. Pop the Snappy Popcorn, in your microwave, stove or air popper. Set aside in a large bowl.
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan, stirring with spatula or wooden spoon.
  3. Add in mini marshmallows and stir until melted. These help the popcorn stir together, and give it a sweeter taste.
  4. Turn off heat, and add a few drops of yellow food coloring to mixture until golden yellow
  5. Add a small drop of blue food coloring and stir to get a bright, festive green.
  6. Coat popcorn with marshmallow mixture and toss until evenly spread.
  7. Pour popcorn onto cookies sheet or serving platter and drizzle with remaining green mixture.
  8. Let cool and enjoy with friends and family â€" or save the whole platter for yourself!


Valentine's Day Popcorn

A tasty, easy-to-make popcorn recipe that combines salty and sweet for the perfect pink-and-white Valentine’s Day snack. Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min
1 bag of Snappy Light Butter Microwave Popcorn 3/4 cup pink chocolate candy melts
1/2 cup white chocolate candy melts Valentine’s sprinkles
Valentine’s M&Ms

Valentine’s Day Popcorn Directions

  1. Pop the Snappy popcorn and pour into bowl.
  2. Pour the candy melts into small microwaveable bowls, separated by color.
  3. Microwave the pink candy for 40 seconds, then stir. Repeat in shorter intervals until melted and smooth.
  4. Drizzle half the bowl over of the popcorn and toss to coat. Then add the remaining melted chocolate candy to coat the whole bowl in pink and toss it until evenly applied.Then, spread popcorn out onto a large serving platter (or baking sheet, if you are going to be bagging the popcorn).
  5. Melt the white candy melts and drizzle over the platter of popcorn, immediately top generously with candy sprinkles. They will adhere to the melted white chocolate candy.
  6. Finally, evenly distribute the M&Ms on the popcorn. Allow the Valentine’s Popcorn to cool a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!


Classic Caramel Corn

2 qts. of Snappy Popcorn 1 Tbsp. Molasses
1 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar 1 Tsp. Salt
1 Stick Unsalted Butter ½ Tsp. Baking Soda
½ Cup Dark Corn Syrup

Classic Caramel Corn Directions:

  1. Pop popcorn according to package or stove top / popper directions.
  2. Heat oven to 225 F. Place popcorn in a large roasting pan; set aside.
  3. Combine ingredients in a thick-bottomed, 2 quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until candy thermometer reaches 250 F. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda.
  4. Carefully pour over popcorn in large roasting pan. Stir with wooden spoon until evenly coated. Bake for 20 minutes. Immediately spread onto waxed paper. Let cool completely and break into bite-sized pieces.


Zesty Popcorn Mix

3 qts. of Snappy Popcorn 1 Tsp. Cumin
2 Tbsp. Melted Butter ¼ Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
½ Tsp. Sweet Paprika ½ Tsp. Lemon Pepper
1 Tsp. Salt ¼ Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
½ Tsp. Garlic Powder

Zesty Popcorn Directions:

  1. Pop popcorn according to package or stove top / popper directions.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the sweet paprika, salt, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, lemon pepper and ground black pepper.
  3. Drizzle popcorn with melted butter. Pour popcorn into bowl and toss until evenly coated.


Peanut Butter Chocolate Popcorn Bars

1 qt. of Snappy Popcorn 1 Cup Salted Peanuts
1 Cup Honey 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter 1 Cup Mini Marshmallows

Peanut Butter Chocolate Popcorn Bars Directions:

  1. Pop popcorn according to package or stove top / popper directions and place in a large bowl.
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper or foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  3. In a large pot heat honey until almost boiling.
  4. Add peanut butter and stir until well combined.
  5. Add popcorn, peanuts, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows to pot. Stir mixture until evenly coated.
  6. Immediately pour mixture into prepared pan and let cool.
  7. Cut into bars.

1 qt. of Snappy Popcorn 2 Tsp. Garlic Salt
Olive Oil Cooking Spray 2 Tsp. Paprika
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning

Pizza Popcorn Directions:

  1. Pop popcorn according to package or stove top / popper directions.
  2. Place popcorn in a large, sealable plastic container (or in a 2.5 gallon plastic sealable bag).
  3. In a large bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, garlic salt, paprika and Italian Seasoning.
  4. Spray popcorn lightly with cooking spray. Place popcorn in bag and add ingredients. Toss in bag until evenly coated.


Cheddar Cheese Popcorn

2 qts. of Snappy Popcorn ¼ Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbsp. Melted Butter Salt (to taste)
¼ Cup Snappy Shakers Cheddar Cheese Pepper (to taste)
¼ Tsp. Mustard Powder

Cheddar Cheese Popcorn Directions:

  1. Pop popcorn according to package or stove top / popper directions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the butter, cheddar cheese powder, mustard powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add freshly popped popcorn. Toss popcorn until it is evenly coated.


Popcorn Trail Mix

2 qts. of Snappy Popcorn ¼ Cup Dried Bananas
¼ Cup Dried Cranberries or Cherries ½ Cup Chopped Walnuts
¼ Cup Dried Apricots ½ Cup Each White and Chocolate Chips

Popcorn Trail Mix Directions:

  1. Set oven to 350 F.
  2. Toast almonds and walnuts in oven for 5 minutes on a flat baking sheet. Let cool.
  3. Pop popcorn according to package or stove top / popper directions.
  4. In a large bowl or bag, combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
