Popcorn Bar
When hosting a party, a popcorn bar is the way to go!! Find 3-5 large bowls and place them together on a table. Find a popcorn scoop for each bowl. Then fill each bowl with a different flavor by using Snappy Shakers and make a label for each. Touchdown Popcorn Peanut Treat
Ingredients
- 4 quarts popped popcorn
- 1 cup unsalted cocktail peanuts
- 1 cup seedless raisins
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Yields: 4 quarts
Directions
- In a large buttered bowl, combine popcorn, peanuts and raisins.
- Keep warm.
- Combine honey, water and lemon juice in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture reaches 250 degrees Fahrenheit, or hard ball stage on a candy thermometer.
- Pour over popcorn; toss to mix thoroughly.
- Turn onto a buttered jelly roll pan or large baking pan.
- Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Toss together the popcorn, pretzel sticks and peanuts in a large bowl. Melt the butter and stir in the seasonings.
- Drizzle butter/seasoning mixture over popcorn mixture, stirring to coat well.
- Spread the mixture in a large, shallow baking pan and put it in a preheated 250-degree oven to bake for 45 minutes.
- Stir with a wooden spoon every 10 minutes while it's baking.
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt

- 1 cup thin pretzel sticks
- 1/2 cup salted, roasted peanuts

Twix Caramel Popcorn
Cook Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
5 quarts plain air popped popcorn
1 cup butter
2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
20 "fun size" Twix candy bars, chopped
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted-to drizzle over popcorn
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Place popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla extract. Pour caramel in a thin stream over popcorn, stirring to coat. Gently stir until all of the popcorn is covered.
3. Place popcorn on two large shallow baking sheets and bake in preheated oven, stirring every 15 minutes, for about an hour. Remove popcorn from oven and let cool completely.
4. Break popcorn into pieces and mix in chopped Twix candy bars. Drizzle popcorn with melted chocolate. Let the popcorn sit until chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
